Pinnacle developer submits missing materials; council seeks unit-count clarification
Sunrise Engineering reported that the Pinnacle applicant provided previously missing materials on Feb. 11; staff will review completeness and confirm whether Phase One includes 22 or 24 units and whether existing onsite units will be removed after construction.

At the Feb. 12 meeting, Jeff McCarty of Sunrise Engineering told the Town Council that the Pinnacle developer supplied previously missing application materials on Feb. 11 and that Sunrise staff will review the submission for completeness.
