At the Feb. 12 meeting, Jeff McCarty of Sunrise Engineering told the Town Council that the Pinnacle developer supplied previously missing application materials on Feb. 11 and that Sunrise staff will review the submission for completeness.
McCarty said Aaron and Gabby with Sunrise will verify that all required documentation is included and will forward materials to Kathy for further review. He said the project is “now in the final stages of the review process,” pending confirmation that all required elements are submitted.
Councilmembers asked for clarification of Phase One unit counts and the status of existing onsite units. Questions included whether Phase One is 22 or 24 units, whether some existing units are being counted toward Phase One, and whether original units would be removed once new units are completed. Jeff said he did not have specific unit numbers available at the meeting and that staff would address unit‑count and removal timing after their review.
No formal action was taken at the meeting; staff will report back once Sunrise Engineering completes its review.
