The Parke County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 16 heard Ordinance 2026-05, a proposal to set the speed limit at 20 miles per hour on County Road 300 S between the Walker Boat Ramp Road intersection and Graves Road. The ordinance, prepared by Nick Sauter, said violators could face a class C infraction with fines up to $500.
