At the Oct. 14 meeting the Boca Raton City Council introduced Ordinance 57-53, which proposes amendments to Chapter 28 (zoning) to modify how commercial/industrial multifamily developments satisfy nonresidential-use requirements (office, restaurant, retail sales or services) either on-site or within a quarter‑mile off-site.
