Senator Klemish announced that Sarah Martz, the governor’s appointee as chair of the Iowa Utilities Commission, was in the Senate gallery and available to speak with members after the chamber recessed. "It's Sarah Martz behind me as chair of the Iowa Utilities Commission, and she will be here for at least 30 minutes after we recess for any of you that wanna talk to her," Senator Klemish said.
