Senator Gruenhagen (Scott) introduced Senate File 24-04, which would establish a Department of Education pilot program allowing one rural school district and one urban district to create specialized attendance centers for students who require special education services or whose emotional, social or behavioral needs make it difficult to succeed in a traditional classroom.
