Planning board approves amendment to Boca Technology Center DRI to remove Tri-Rail parcel
On April 17, 2025, the Boca Raton Planning and Zoning Board voted 5–0 to approve an amendment to the Boca Technology Center Development of Regional Impact, removing a 6.6-acre Tri-Rail parcel at 680 Yamato Road and updating Master Plan Map H-1; staff said the change is consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommended approval.

On April 17, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boca Raton approved an amendment to the Boca Technology Center Development of Regional Impact (DRI) that reduces the DRI area by 6.6 acres by removing a parcel at 680 Yamato Road, a portion of the Tri-Rail Station property. The board approved the amendment in a 5–0 roll call vote.
