The Planning & Zoning Board on June 5 approved a master plan and site plan amendment to permit a 7‑story, 289‑unit multifamily building at 850 and 900 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway, including 29 affordable units (10%) and 15 workforce units (5%), along with a parking structure and a technical deviation to reduce a driveway reservoir distance from 100 to 70 feet.
