Boca Raton planning board approves site changes and conditional use for TBT Athletics at 5801 Congress Avenue

The Boca Raton Planning & Zoning Board voted 6–0 to approve site-plan amendments and a conditional-use permit allowing an 11,980 sq ft athletic training facility at 5801 Congress Avenue, including a technical deviation reducing required parking from 139 to 127 spaces. The approvals resolve an open code-enforcement case and bring the use into compliance with city zoning.
