CRA hears downtown maintenance updates; Sanborn Square renovation timing shifted
Staff reported Meisner Park security-camera planning, umbrella cleaning, resodding near completion, and said Sanborn Square renovation design is funded this fiscal year but construction is budgeted for FY26; staff recommended delaying full renovation work to start design in 2027 and construction in 2028 to meet grant expenditure deadlines through 2030.

Ruby Riley, downtown manager, reported to the Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency on Feb. 24 that staff has advanced several downtown maintenance projects and recommended a revised schedule for Sanborn Square renovations.
