City clarifies permitted garage orientations in Unified Development Code

City staff presented and the commission approved a text amendment to Articles 6 and 13 of the Unified Development Code to explicitly define permitted residential garage configurations (recessed front entry, J-swing, traditional swing, etc.) to reduce builder confusion; the commission approved 7–0.
