The Oneida County Board of Health Committee on March 10 approved changes to its on-call process and agreed to forward the proposal to the executive committee. Chair Dan Hess moved the motion, seconded by Debbie Condado; the motion passed with three ayes and one nay from committee member Billy Fried.
