Boca Raton Housing Authority: HUD approval secured, relocations under way at Dixie Manor

Ashley Whitby of the Boca Raton Housing Authority told the council that HUD approved disposition and voucher funding for Dixie Manor; about 17 of 90 families are in the relocation process, financial closing is targeted for March and demolition would begin roughly 60 days after closing, with construction expected to take about 18 months.
