The Planning & Zoning Board approved two companion variances allowing 0-foot side setbacks for conjoined docks at 3798 and 3800 NE 7th Drive, conditioned on a shared maintenance agreement; staff and the Marine Advisory Board recommended approval and both votes were 6–0.

The Boca Raton Planning & Zoning Board voted unanimously on Dec. 6 to grant two variances allowing shared docks with 0-foot side setbacks at 3798 and 3800 Northeast 7th Drive, waiving the city's standard 10-foot side-setback requirement for docks.
