Cloud County adopts 2026 Weed Management Plan and 2025 progress report

Rod Michaud, Highway/Weed Administrator, presented the plan and the annual progress report to the Board. On a motion by Commissioner Ron Copple, seconded by Commissioner Dannie Kearn, the Board approved both documents without recorded opposition.
The minutes record the approvals but do not include line-item budget changes in the motion. County staff will implement the plan and continue weed eradication activities under the adopted guidance.
