Planning board recommends 'enhanced mobility' land-use change for Boca Raton Innovation Campus
On Nov. 7, 2024, the Planning & Zoning Board voted 7–0 to recommend that the City Council amend the future land use map for the 124.21-acre Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC) from Planned Mobility to Enhanced Mobility, enabling a later enhanced mobility development application and additional mixed-use options.

The Planning & Zoning Board unanimously voted on Nov. 7 to recommend approval of a future land-use map amendment that would redesignate the 124.21-acre Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC) at 5000 T Rex Avenue from Planned Mobility (PM) to Enhanced Mobility (EM).
