The Boca Raton Planning & Zoning Board approved a site‑plan amendment and a variance allowing Advent Lutheran to replace three one‑story buildings with a 2‑story 16,833 sq ft addition and reduce the North Dixie Highway front setback from 95 ft to 53 ft 4 in on an approximately 9.75‑acre site; a board member recused and no public speakers opposed.
