Franklin County Commission changes two voting precinct locations after public hearing
The commission unanimously approved moving the College Avenue precinct to College Avenue First Baptist Church and consolidating the Courthouse Annex and Electric Warehouse precincts at the A.W. Todd Centre following a public hearing; resolutions will be forwarded to the probate judge and registrars.
