The Cloud County Board of Commissioners held a brief attorney–client executive session Aug. 4 to discuss issues related to Trail and 110th Roads and resumed public session at 9:11 a.m. Commissioner Dannie Kearn made the motion to enter the session, which Chairman Michael Cleveland seconded; the board voted unanimously to proceed.
