At its March 9 meeting the St. Charles County Council handled routine legislative business alongside public hearings. Council members approved two grant ordinances to the Election Authority and passed Resolution 2603 recognizing nonuse of Stalschmidt Road; they also introduced several ordinances for later consideration and withdrew a proposed resolution related to school board election timing.
