Cloud County board adopts 2026 Neighborhood Revitalization Plan
The Cloud County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution 2025-23 adopting the county's 2026 Neighborhood Revitalization Plan after County Appraiser Kim Winsett answered commissioners' questions; the measure was moved by Commissioner Dannie Kearn and seconded by Commissioner Ron Copple.

The Cloud County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution 2025-23 adopting the county's 2026 Neighborhood Revitalization Plan during its Dec. 8, 2025 regular session. Commissioner Dannie Kearn moved to adopt the resolution and Commissioner Ron Copple seconded the motion; the board voted in favor.
