Fulton County commissioners authorized a five-year lease and an IT support agreement with Elect IT Solutions at their Dec. 23 meeting in McConnellsburg.
Commissioners met with Rick Grissinger and Nelson Witmer of Elect IT Solutions to discuss an Elect IT Solutions contract and a proposed lease for office space at 101 Lincoln Way West. On motion by Commissioner Hervey P. Hann, the board approved and executed a 5-year lease at $250 per month, "to take effect when the space is available." The motion passed with the board answering 'All in favor.'
Commissioner Hann also moved to approve and execute SOW # ETM12042025-001 between Elect IT Solutions and Fulton County for IT staffing and support services; that motion passed 'All in favor.' The board separately approved a quote from Amazon for a View Station for the Treasurer's Office in the amount of $784.22; Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved that approval and the board voted 'All in favor.'
The actions commit the county to a fixed monthly lease payment for office space and to a statement of work for IT staffing; the lease will begin when the office space becomes available.
