Representatives for Simon presented plans for an exterior signage refresh at Coconut Point during the Village of Estero Planning, Zoning and Design Board meeting. Scott Richardson of Simon told the board the project is a sign and tenant-panel refresh — “we're adding our logo…changing out the tenant panels,” he said — and that sign locations and primary sign architecture would remain unchanged.
