Commissioners approve routine payables, pension report and engineering retention

At the Dec. 30, 2025 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved several routine items by unanimous vote.
Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve account payables dated Dec. 30, 2025 in the amount of $112,913.87 (General Fund $98,764.92; Debt Service $14,148.95). Commissioner Wible moved to approve and execute the December 2025 Pension Report as presented by HR Administrator Mary Huston.
Commissioner Hann moved to approve an agreement with Keller Engineer, Inc. to retain them for fiscal year 2026; the board agreed that the firm will be formally appointed at the Reorganizational Meeting on Jan. 6, 2026. Commissioner Bunch also moved to approve Planning Commission meeting dates for FY2026 as presented by Justin Evans for advertisement in the Fulton County Newspaper.
The meeting included a brief Salary Board meeting and an executive session for personnel matters; commissioners adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
