The Richmond Sanitary District Board on Feb. 24 approved staff’s recommendation to enter a five‑year lease with Rico for the district’s billing and printing equipment. Staff described the new arrangement as replacing the current lease, adding maintenance and supply coverage, and continuing copy‑charge arrangements.
