The Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved and executed a Purchase of Service Agreement between the County and Outside In to provide services for the Children Department, effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann made the motion and the minutes record unanimous approval.
