On the House floor a lawmaker asked unanimous consent that House Bill 489 be returned to committee so it could be replaced with a different version. The member explained the chair of the committee had requested the return for revision. With no objection from the chamber, the presiding officer ordered that H.B. 489 be returned to the Judiciary Rules and Administration Committee.
