The Grantsville Planning Commission unanimously recommended rezoning Parcel 01-066-0-0030 from A-10 to Shopping Commercial (C-S) to allow future commercial uses; the applicant said the immediate intention is open-air RV storage for about 75 units and a conditional use permit will follow.

The Grantsville City Planning Commission on March 3 recommended approval of a rezone for Parcel 01-066-0-0030 at approximately 519 W. Main Street that would change the zoning from A-10 (agricultural) to the Shopping Commercial District (C-S).
