The Westmoreland County Board of Supervisors voted to go into closed session to discuss the county administrator's performance under Virginia Code §2.2-3711(a)(1). The motion named several county employees who could be asked to join the closed session, including Richard Stewart, Mary Peel, Assistant County Administrator Donna Cogswell, DSS Director Gary Cusick, EMS Director Keith McElfresh, and the acting land use director.
