Rick Grissinger, the county's IT director, briefed the commissioners on IT operations at the March 17 meeting. Grissinger said the rollout of two‑factor authentication 'is still in progress,' reported that the firewall project has been completed, and said he resolved an issue so the phone system now generates alerts when it is down.
