Commissioners retain Keller Engineer, set planning dates and clear schedule items

Fulton County commissioners on Dec. 30 approved an agreement to retain Keller Engineer, Inc. for fiscal year 2026; Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to approve and execute the agreement. The commissioners noted they will formally appoint Keller Engineer at the Reorganizational Meeting scheduled for Jan. 6, 2026.
Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve Planning Commission meeting dates for fiscal year 2026 as presented by Justin Evans, Per Diem Mapping and Planning Director, and to advertise those dates in the Fulton County Newspaper; the motion passed unanimously.
The meeting concluded routine business, entered an executive session at 10:01 a.m. for personnel matters and exited at 10:29 a.m., and adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
