Separately, the board approved hiring Troy Wagaman as a Per Diem 911 Dispatcher, effective pending clearances, following a brief Salary Board meeting at 9:48 a.m. to set the new hire's salary. Commissioner Hervey P. Hann moved to hire Wagaman; the motion passed unanimously.
