Students advance to state, conservation district seeks plots and county discusses a dumpster voucher program
At the March 10 Carroll County Fiscal Court meeting, Cartmell Elementary students reported advancing to the state STLP competition; the Carroll County Conservation District requested community garden space; and the court discussed replacing free dumpsters with a paid voucher program. The Arts Board moved an event to Point Park due to courthouse construction.
