County hears Unincorporated Pinal County Housing Plan emphasizing rehab, demolition and partnerships

Martina Kuehl of Kuehl Enterprises LLC presented the Unincorporated Pinal County Housing Plan to the Pinal County Board of Supervisors at the March 11, 2026 work session. Heather Patel, the county’s grants manager, introduced the item and said the plan is funded by an Arizona Department of Housing grant and is the product of the Pinal County Housing Task Force and consultant work with Michael Baker International.
