Harrison County commissioners on Nov. 17 adopted Resolution 2025-06 to permit the county to reimburse itself for expenditures made on the Harrison County Jail mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) renovation project prior to a bond issuance. The motion to adopt the resolution carried 3 ayes and 0 nays.
