Committee recommends governor's appointments to Rules and Reference for review
The committee moved and approved a recommendation that three gubernatorial appointees to the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission be sent to the Rules and Reference Committee for further consideration.

Chair Manning called for consideration of the governor’s appointments of Theodore Frasier, Daniel Driscoll and Gary Lewis to the Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission. Vice Chair Reynolds moved that the committee recommend the appointments to the Committee on Rules and Reference; the clerk called the roll and the committee recorded that the appointment recommendations had sufficient votes to be forwarded.
