Jail Commander Cory Hutchings reviewed an amendment to Contract #250263 between the Utah Department of Corrections and Sevier County for housing state inmates. Hutchings said the amendment includes changes related to the purchase of medical supplies and reflected a smaller increase in State Housing costs than the actual cost to the State.
After discussion Commissioner Ralph Brown moved to approve the amendment to Contract #250263; Commissioner Greg Jensen seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
