Sevier County repeals RV-specific code and enacts new Public Works rules after public hearings
On Jan. 26, 2026 the Sevier County Commission voted unanimously to repeal Title 7 (Recreational Vehicles) and enact Title 5 (Public Works), following public hearings where engineering staff said the RV change would allow recreational vehicles on all county roads except the Fishlake Basin and Title 5 clarifies road department duties and appeal procedures.
