Board notes solar-siting decision date, cell-tower proposal and recreational-trail grant application
The board said the Siting Council will decide on a local solar project by Jan. 21, 2026, noted a proposed cell tower near the Scotland/Windham line and encouraged residents to submit comments, and reported a $174,000 DEEP recreational-trails grant application that would require a 20% local match.
