Weston advances first reading of land-development code changes, adds HOA notice requirement
On first reading the Weston City Commission approved amendments to Title 12 of the city code to standardize notice requirements (including requiring mailed notice to homeowners and HOA/maintenance associations), add digital submittal language, and correct scrivener errors. Staff and commissioners said the updates are mostly procedural with no new fees.
