Bowers also asked about signage for Bowers Park and said he will obtain cost estimates.
Resident Jennifer Nelson said she was pleased to receive an email from the town about the RD11 referendum but said relying on the 'Scotland Residents' Facebook page is discriminatory to residents who are not on Facebook; Selectman Mike Gurnack responded that official notices are posted on the town website as well and the board discussed alternative notification methods.
