APEX asks Parmer County commissioners for support on Lariat West mitigation agreement with DOD
Faith Tyler of APEX told the Parmer County Commissioner's Court that APEX signed a Mitigation Agreement with the Department of Defense on Aug. 13, 2025 and asked the court for a letter supporting movement of that agreement; Judge Isabel Carrasco agreed to provide a letter.

Faith Tyler of APEX asked the Parmer County Commissioner's Court on March 10 for a letter supporting the Lariat West wind project’s Mitigation Agreement with the Department of Defense. Tyler said APEX signed the agreement Aug. 13, 2025 and that the federal government has not yet responded; she added that APEX met with Representative Jodey Arrington to seek help moving the agreement forward.
