Board members asked whether similar attached garages existed nearby; Ifua said they do. No members of the public who received 200-foot notices appeared to oppose the request, and no outside commenters spoke during the public portion.
Board member Mister Dave moved to approve the application, calling the request "a very diminutive request" that would not be detrimental to the neighborhood and would "enhance the neighborhood." The motion was seconded and passed by unanimous roll call.
Chairman Campbell congratulated the applicant and the board closed the matter with a unanimous vote.
