Board hears updates on leases, demolition and master plan; members propose parking-garage idea

Staff told the advisory board the airport is proceeding with property work and lease efforts: demolition of Bartlett and Hillside buildings is about halfway through gutting and will move to full demolition in a few weeks, staff have leased one Bartlett building to a police-related tenant for victim services, and SKG was awarded a three-acre aeronautical development/draft lease for an FBO-type hangar.
