Springdale details Northland, East Kemper and multiuse-path plans; maintenance programs continue

Kevin McKinney, Springdale's director of public works, told the State of the City audience that Northland Boulevard is largely complete with punch-list items remaining and that the city expects to finish that work by August. He described routine pavement preservation (cape seal, crack sealing, rejuvenator), a concrete program that includes catch-basin and sidewalk repairs, and a newly installed brine station to improve winter response.
