Committee votes to hire Rettler for parks master plan
After reviewing five proposals, the committee selected Rettler (lowest of the qualified bids) to prepare a parks master plan and budget estimates; the motion to select Rettler was moved by Roger, seconded by Detro and carried on a voice vote.

The Parks and Recreation Committee reviewed proposals submitted in response to a request for proposals for a parks master plan and budget estimates. Staff said teams, experience, cost and understanding of scope were primary evaluation factors.
