Staff noted that the appeals deadline is "actually tomorrow" and that the department does not anticipate receiving appeals. Staff again summarized the payment option: owners would have 30 days to pay or could have the charge placed on property taxes and spread over five years.

Mr. Schilling said he could move forward as recommended and the members present indicated unanimous support to forward the Phase 16 assessment ordinance as recommended by staff.
