Commissioners examined a set of proposed utility-box wraps and spent substantial time on technical considerations tied to scaling digital art for printing. Staff and vendors explained that many submissions arrived in portrait orientation and were converted to landscape for box wraps, sometimes producing distortion or loss of definition. Staff said the contractor will measure boxes on site and reprint if a cabinet size change requires it.
