GIS Engineering provided a multi-part update on drainage design and permitting, telling jurors final design plans were being drafted and that environmental permits had been submitted. Speaker 14 said the opinion of probable cost for one project was ‘‘somewhere in the $7,800,000 range’’ and that designers will meet landowners Monday to discuss an outfall canal.
