Broadview officials told the Streets, Sidewalks and Alleys Committee that the village has completed an inventory of lead water service lines, submitted a project plan to the Environmental Protection Agency, and will apply to the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan program seeking principal forgiveness aimed at disadvantaged communities to fund replacements.
