Stacy Wolfe of Planning & Zoning presented seven plats for approval—Putts Ranch; Katherine's Estates; Coyote Ridge Replat; The Oaks Replat Lots 13 & 14; C. Hill Acres; Rittmiller & Clark Replat Lot 2; and Sundance Ranch—and six rezoning ordinances: PZ 25‑48 Eire Acres; PZ 25‑49 Rustic Oaks Replt Lots 2 & 3; PZ 26‑04 Ivy's Corner; PZ 26‑05 Proffitt Farm; PZ 26‑06 Josephine Acres; and PZ 26‑07 McCoy's Vista View Rplt Lot 1A. Commissioner Bobby Don Davis moved to approve the plats and ordinances; Commissioner Sheila Tracy seconded the motion and it carried 2‑0 on the March 4 record.
The meeting minutes do not include the detailed conditions or staff reports for each plat or ordinance; those documents are on file with Planning & Zoning. Approval advances property‑level changes and allows those developments to proceed subject to any recorded conditions and permits.
Next steps: Planning & Zoning will finalize the recorded plats and notify applicants of any remaining permits or conditions required for development.
